Responsibilities
- ✅ Lead the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Workday Payroll across the U.S., U.K., and globally integrated payroll environments
- ✅ Act as the subject matter expert for payroll-related HR technology initiatives, integrations, and system design
- ✅ Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
- ✅ Drive testing, release management, security controls, reporting, and data integrity initiatives
- ✅ Support Workday enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts

- This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, optimize, and deliver scalable payroll and HR technology solutions.
Requirements
- 🔹 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience in a global environment
- 🔹 Deep expertise in:
- 🔹 Strong understanding of Workday architecture and HR business processes
- 🔹 Proven experience leading complex HRIS projects and cross-functional initiatives
Nice to have
- 🔹 Agile experience and Workday certifications are a plus
Compensation
- 🔹 Experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Integrations is highly valued
