  • Services and Solutions That Enable Aerospace, Defense, and Military Agencies To Enhance Capabilities, Drive Transformation, Operate Sustainably, And Maintain Mission-Readiness
  • We seek Leading Without Authority Training Course Instructor | Leading Without Authority Training [USARC0019019] candidates with relevant DOD/Military Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for DOD/Military Sector Clients such as USARC.
  • Participants learn how to leverage credibility, expertise, communication, and strategic partnerships to gain support for initiatives, solve organizational challenges, and drive mission-focused outcomes.

Requirements

  • Leading Without Authority professional specialty Requires expertise in influence without positional authority, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, persuasion, relationship management, and collaborative leadership.
  • NACI eligibility required
  • Teamwork. ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
  • Communication. ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
  • Agility. ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
  • Business Tools - understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
  • Curiosity - the ideal candidate exhibits an inquisitive nature and the ability to question the status quo among a community of people they enjoy and teams that work well together

Nice to have

  • 5-10+ years professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • instructional certifications preferred.
  • Leadership, collaboration, problem solving, communication, adaptability, customer focus.
  • The Leading Without Authority Training Instructor typically provides 1 Day (8 Hours) Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Virtual Engagements serving as a Content
