About the role
- As a Sales Associate at Treehouse, you won't just sell products-you'll be part of a transformative journey to electrify homes.
- The Sales Associate will: Engage with prospective customers, converting warm inquiries into sales through phone and other communication channels.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and refine processes as one of the earliest members of the Sales team.
Responsibilities
- We handle everything from scoping to permitting to installation, powered by proprietary technology that enables us to scope and design projects virtually at scale.
- We've completed thousands of installations across the country, built a growing roster of national partners, and are backed by strategic investors including CarMax, Holman, and Eaton.
- Drive results by meeting and exceeding sales targets through a consultative, solution-oriented approach that positions Treehouse as a trusted expert and industry leader.
- Partner with internal teams like Install Success to refine the sales process and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree
