About the role

Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing, artisanal bakery known for its high-quality standards and modern atmosphere.
We have expanded to eight retail locations, two production bakeries, and a thriving wholesale business.
We serve coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores with fresh products every day, 365 days a year.

The ideal candidate is a proactive troubleshooter who can also support broader facility and equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.

2+ years of maintenance experience: manufacturing, food production, or similar Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting experience

Must be flexible as needed 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM-11:00 PM.
The technician will remain on 1st shift until training is complete and they are comfortable working independently.
At that point, there may be an opportunity to transition to 2nd shift (2:30 PM-11:00 PM), depending on business needs and demand.
Both shifts may offer some flexibility as required.
Work Location Based in Germantown, MD with regular travel to retail and production locations throughout the DMV area using company vehicle.
