About the role
- We provide consulting and pension administration services for all types of qualified retirement plans including: 401(k), 403(b), 457(b), and Cash Balance/Defined Benefit Plans.
- This is a full-time position for an energetic and self-motivated individual looking for an opportunity to prove their ability in sales.
Responsibilities
- Build and service strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our intermediary partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
Nice to have
- Proven sales ability a plus
- must be able to move the needle
Compensation
- We offer a competitive base salary in the range of $65,000 to $75,000, with additional performance-based bonuses.
