Requirements
- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership or elevated associate role
- Comfort with retail KPIs and desire to improve performance through service and product knowledge
- Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods during shifts

- What We Are Looking For
- We are looking for both Full Time and Part Time Key holders to operate as the frontline leader responsible for delivering the Thirdlove in-store experience while supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with opening/closing responsibilities and daily operations.
