Responsibilities

  • Advisor Support & Engagement
  • Partner with financial professionals to align solutions with their business models and client needs
  • Develop and deliver training programs to drive adoption and best practices
  • Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure policies, disclosures, and agreements remain current
  • Support Product Committee in risk assessment and mitigation
  • Collaborate across Product, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to execute initiatives and enhancements
  • Manage onboarding of new products and selling agreements across internal stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements and scalable operating practices

Requirements

  • Series 7, 63/65 or 66 (required)

Compensation

  • Range - $115,000 - $130,000
  • This is reflected in our practices for hiring, placement, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, termination, recruitment, compensation, selection or training, and all other terms and conditions of employment.

Benefits

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand and enhance HTK's retirement plan platform
  • Oversee retirement plan platforms, product offerings, and supporting web-based tools, including billing
  • Research, evaluate, and propose new retirement plan solutions
  • Act as primary SME for retirement plan strategies, products, and regulatory considerations
  • Maintain expertise in ERISA and retirement plan regulatory requirements
