Responsibilities
- Advisor Support & Engagement
- Partner with financial professionals to align solutions with their business models and client needs
- Develop and deliver training programs to drive adoption and best practices
- Partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure policies, disclosures, and agreements remain current
- Support Product Committee in risk assessment and mitigation
- Collaborate across Product, Operations, Sales Enablement, and Marketing to execute initiatives and enhancements
- Manage onboarding of new products and selling agreements across internal stakeholders
- Drive process improvements and scalable operating practices
Requirements
- Series 7, 63/65 or 66 (required)
Compensation
- Range - $115,000 - $130,000
- This is reflected in our practices for hiring, placement, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, termination, recruitment, compensation, selection or training, and all other terms and conditions of employment.
Benefits
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand and enhance HTK's retirement plan platform
- Oversee retirement plan platforms, product offerings, and supporting web-based tools, including billing
- Research, evaluate, and propose new retirement plan solutions
- Act as primary SME for retirement plan strategies, products, and regulatory considerations
- Maintain expertise in ERISA and retirement plan regulatory requirements
