About the role
- This individual brings deep experience in school leadership and instructional coaching and is skilled at translating research and best practices into practical, actionable tools that improve educator practice and student outcomes.
- This is a full-time contract role running from April through December, with the option to extend based on project needs.
- Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Incumbents will follow any other instructions, and perform any other related duties, as assigned by their supervisor.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional coaching and/or mentoring school leaders
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, practical, and actionable resources
- Web proficiency.
- Ability to clear required background check
- Certificates and Licenses: None required.
- Experience as a school or district leader
- Familiarity with leadership frameworks such as PSEL or similar models
- Experience with state accountability frameworks and school improvement planning
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or similar field of study
- Principal Certification
- This position is virtual and open to residents of the 50 states, D.C.
Skills
- Ensure all materials are aligned to improving educator practice and measurable outcomes.
- And other duties as assigned.
Compensation
- Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level.
- We anticipate this position will pay $30.00 per hour.
- This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors.
