About the role
- The Digital Assets Operations Associate is responsible for administering the process of reviewing, signing and validating digital asset transactions.
- This role is critical in ensuring the security and efficiency of the company's digital asset custody operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all digital asset transactions
- Counterparty Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new counterparties (exchanges, custodians, trading desks), ensuring compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field such as Data Science, Library Science, media studies, etc
- 1-3 years of experience in digital asset operations or a related field
- The ideal candidate should have a strong interest and understanding of crypto, with experience in technical operations such as wallet management and trade operations.
- The successful candidate will work in tandem with the company's compliance team and ensure regulations both required by its operations, and imposed by management's policies and procedures, are followed.
