About the role
- This person will act as the primary bridge between technology and business stakeholders, shaping product vision, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving delivery of high-impact Salesforce initiatives.
Responsibilities
- The Salesforce Architect / Technical Product Owner will lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions within the Global CRM team, while also managing and mentoring other Salesforce professionals on the team.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Salesforce professionals (admins, developers, analysts), setting technical direction and reviewing their work for quality and best practice.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in a Solutions Architect, Technical Product Owner, or similar technical-leadership capacity.
- 5+ years of experience directly leading or managing a team, ideally a technical/Salesforce team.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder) and working knowledge of Apex triggers and classes.
- Experience with enterprise integration and ETL tools.
- Experience analyzing data using query languages such as SQL and SOQL.
- Experience delivering work using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and data management.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scoping, estimation, and prioritization.

- Proven people-leadership
Nice to have
- Experience in the capital markets, asset management, or private markets industry strongly preferred.
- Multiple current Salesforce certifications required
- Active participation in the Salesforce Community (Trailblazer community, user groups, etc.) a plus.

- Ability to tailor communication to multiple audiences, from engineers to senior business stakeholders.
- Excellent written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working across teams in a matrixed organization.

- Highly motivated, self-directed learner who stays current with the Salesforce and AI ecosystem.
- Adjusts plans and processes to meet the changing needs of key stakeholders.
- Occasional off-hour work may be necessary for software releases.

- Integrate third-party systems with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise ETL tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and its integrations.
