- As a Kitchen Assistant Manager, You Will: Lead a team to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department, overseeing food preparation, inventory, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
- You'll drive guest satisfaction, support the Store Manager in achieving financial goals, and maintain a positive, productive work environment while stepping in as acting Store Manager when needed.
- Create Excellent Guest Experiences: Ensure guests have an unforgettable experience with their favorite food items always available and a spotless store.
- Build Teams and Leaders: Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, people-focused team.
- Grow Sales and Manage Inventory: Drive sales growth, manage inventory, and build strong vendor relationships.
- Operate with Brand Excellence: Maintain high standards and ensure the store is ready for any guest or inspection.
- Lead Food Safety and Operations: Oversee food safety and operations, ensuring team members are ServSafe certified.
- What We're Looking For: Experience: 3-5 years in food service or retail management or equivalent.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (2-year college degree preferred).
