About the role

Position responsible for planning, organizing, actualizing, and controlling the facility's Engineering Services operations, achieving operating efficiency within budgetary constraints.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Licensure (formal training) in stationary engineering, electrical, HVAC or other trade/craft preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Licensure (formal training) in stationary engineering, electrical, HVAC or other trade/craft preferred.

Working knowledge of electrical power, HVAC, and medical gas systems.
Principal Accountabilities
May serve as the Hospital Safety Officer as outlined in the Hospital's Safety Manual.
Budget responsibilities up to 2 million operational (expense), and up to $1 million in capital expenditures.
Project Management of capital projects up to $500,000 range.
Accepts assignments, researches and compiles data, produces a complete product and presents clear recommendations.
Other duties as assigned.
