About the role
- This role will be in person 5 days/week in New York City, San Francisco, or Boston.
- The Growth & Monetization team focuses on how developers discover, adopt, and scale with LangChain's products.
- Our work directly shapes how developers and organizations move from experimentation to production on the LangChain platform.
Responsibilities
- Work across our stack (React, TypeScript, Python, Go) to deliver full-stack product features that drive growth and retention
- Design and ship new onboarding features and improvements that accelerate time to value
- Build growth levers including usage-based guardrails, smart upgrade triggers, and contextual CTAs
- Collaborate closely with product, design, GTM, and analytics teams to identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities
- Experience building for developers or product-led growth platforms
Nice to have
- Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI applications, or agentic frameworks
Compensation
- We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
- Actual compensation and offerings will vary based on role, level, and location.
- $175,000-$240,000 USD
