- The Product Intern will support the Product Management team in defining, analyzing, and delivering technology solutions that align with business and customer needs.
- This role provides hands-on exposure to product discovery, requirements gathering, roadmap support, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
- This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in product management, technology consulting, or digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Product & Strategy Support
- Support product roadmap planning and backlog grooming activities.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation efforts.
Requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts.
- Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred
- Interest in product management, technology consulting, or SaaS platforms.
- Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, or similar.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles.
Nice to have
- Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to inform product decisions.
- Help translate business needs into clear, actionable product documentation.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Business Analysts.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Capture meeting notes, action items, and decisions.
- Analyze product usage data, feedback, and metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help prepare product dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
