Responsibilities
- Building and sustaining trusted relationships with C-suite, principal, and executive stakeholders across the full client organization, not just a single point of contact.
- Building account plans that map stakeholders, expansion surface area, and commercial milestones, and orchestrating Implementation, Product, and Support to deliver on them.
- Being the client's advocate inside Practifi, carrying what you learn back to Support, Implementation, and Product so we keep getting better at serving complex accounts.

Compensation
- Base salary of $105,000 to $125,000, plus a performance-based variable component tied to client renewals and expansion opportunities.
- Bi-annual summits in Chicago where the whole company comes together in person.
