About the role
- Review, analyze, and assess information from multiple sources in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Identify discrepancies, risk indicators, or issues requiring escalation.
- Communicate findings professionally with appropriate stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- The Background Check Analyst performs analytical and review functions involving sensitive information to support informed decision‑making.
- Prepare clear, accurate summaries and documentation to support internal review and decision‑making.
- Maintain organized, complete, and audit‑ready records across systems.
- Manage assigned workload while meeting quality and timeliness expectations.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Experience includes case management, document & report review, vetting identities, background screening, or similar analytical work.
Requirements
- Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must have mobility to attend meetings with other managers and employees.
- Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to write, type and use a telephone system 100% of the time.
- Strong critical thinking, documentation, and communication skills are required.
Nice to have
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

- Have at least two (2) or more years of related experience in a field such as law enforcement, para-legal, social work, security, public health or a related discipline.
- Proven experience and high level of comfortability operating technology and learning new software applications quickly to perform data entry.
