- This position is based in Skaneateles, NY; however, qualified candidates located remotely within the United States will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Have high energy, assertive, and self-motivated qualities to work in a fast-paced environment and enthusiasm for customer support.
- Serving as the primary technical contact for customers during field assignments, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identifying service, spare parts, upgrade, and maintenance opportunities to support the long-term reliability of customer equipment.
- Collaborating with Service, Engineering, Project Management, and Sales teams to support customers throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or technology field from an accredited college or university.
- Have practical, hands-on experience with mechanical and/or electrical systems and/or devices.
