- In addition to direct patient care, behavior specialists will acquire skills in screening, data entry, and documentation, principles of behaviorism, de-escalation techniques and collaborative problem solving.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and curiosity as well as comfort prioritizing safety and quality of care.
- Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience working with children, adolescents and families.
- Previous experience in a setting with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology or related field.
- Must pass orientation and initial competency assessment as well as ongoing required training.

Compensation
- Hourly Evening Shift Differential: $2.01
- Hourly Night Shift Differential: $2.95
