About the role

  • Represents the agency before other state agencies, the Legislature, employee groups, and other organizations on matters pertaining to human resources management, personnel administration, and workforce policy.
  • Ensures compliance with the Human Capital Modernization Act, Civil Service Rules, and applicable employment laws while providing strategic human resources guidance to executive leadership.
