About the role

Responsibilities

  • You will own the complete implementation lifecycle for new hospitality partners, serving as the functional lead from contract signature to live deployment.
  • Our onboarding toolkit increasingly leverages AI workflows to automate configuration data processing, allowing you to focus your energy on solving complex technical hurdles and building partner trust.
  • You will also collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to troubleshoot deployment challenges and constantly optimize our launch playbook.

Requirements

  • You have a proven track record in technical onboarding or client-facing project delivery, preferably within the hospitality industry, and you thrive when owning complex implementations end to end.
  • You bring sharp operational rigor and data accuracy, giving you the ability to manage multiple high-priority partner launches simultaneously without breaking a sweat.
  • You can seamlessly translate complex technical requirements into plain language for business users while remaining a credible partner to internal technical teams.
  • You maintain a logical, structured approach to problem-solving when unexpected technical or logistical bottlenecks arise during a deployment phase.
  • When it comes to AI, you have a track record of building or adopting workflows to replace repetitive manual tasks, and you know how to critically review outputs before they go live.

  • Tu as une expérience confirmée dans la direction d'intégrations techniques, la gestion de déploiements ou la livraison de projets côté client de bout en bout.
  • Tu apportes une expérience pratique au sein de l'industrie hôtelière ou dans des rôles dédiés à l'adoption de produits et de services.
  • Tu es hautement organisé·e et tu as un souci rigoureux de la précision des données, ce qui signifie que tu peux gérer confortablement plusieurs intégrations de haute priorité simultanément sans perdre le fil.
  • Tu as une approche logique pour résoudre les défis techniques et tu peux communiquer les exigences techniques de manière claire tant aux utilisateur·rice·s commerciaux qu'aux équipes d'ingénierie internes.
