About the role

Must be a customer-focused Service Advisor. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while facilitating their vehicle
- maintenance and repair needs. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage service operations efficiently. CDK and Xtime experience is helpful but not required. Responsibilities Perform an Active Write up and delivery process Greet customers and assess their vehicle maintenance
