About the role

  • Ensures all tasks meet pre-established processes and service agreements.
  • Anticipates clients needs and ensures clients satisfaction related to the services being provided.
  • Fosters effective communication and anticipates client needs and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures accurate and timely completion of daily fund and investment operational functions, maintains control of fund level processes and owns fund level tasks under general supervision.
  • Identifies, measures, manages, and monitors operational risks and proactively seeks to mitigate those risks by developing improved processes, policies, controls and relationships with internal partners.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation for the group fund operation procedures.
  • Works to maintain a comprehensive conceptual understanding of the funds as assigned.
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with both internal and external clients and business partners.
  • Prepares reporting for internal and external clients and maintains effective working relationships.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • One year related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Accounting or Finance degree preferred.
