About the role
- L3Harris Technologies Company is seeking a dynamic Operations Management Supervisor to join our Huntsville, AL AMF-South team.
- The Operations Management Supervisor directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.
- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior leadership experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior leadership experience.
