Responsibilities
- Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dayforce, our applicant tracking system, and other HR technology platforms.
- Manage and develop a team of professionals responsible for system administration, reporting, integrations, security, and user support.
- Lead HR technology implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
- Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, automation, and the employee experience.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
