Responsibilities
- Spend considerable amount of time on the production floor overseeing the equipment, developing each team member's technical capability, and problem-solving methodology.
- Work with Maintenance teams to document equipment operation training materials, equipment PM plans, material inventory for solving equipment problems, and systems to monitor, track, and ensure completion to plan.
- Develop strong working relationships with production & other support groups to foster teamwork while solving project related issues.
- Effectively manage cost budgets. Implement kaizens to provide effective cost management of maintenance related activities.
- Support and lead QCC activity and team member development.
- Lead all activities with a Safety-First mindset.

Requirements
- Experience in maintenance for manufacturing or process industries (PLC, robotics, safety protocols, etc.).
- Experience leading teams, including coaching a team to solve problems and continually improve.
- Experience in the training and development of team members in both formal and informal training sessions.
- AS or BS Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a Technical Field.
- Technical process improvement and problem-solving ability (like kaizen, PDCA, RC/CM, TBP, or others).
- Added bonus if you have
- Toyota Maintenance Team Leader experience.
- Toyota Maintenance Group Leader experience.
- Toyota Maintenance Tech and / or Seibi work experience.
