About the role

We can train the right person in how to set up scaffolds.
However, the candidate must already be comfortable with heavy lifting, large trucks, job site work, and heights.
Load and unload scaffold materials, planks, and equipment.

Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have a safe driving record and at least 3 years of driving experience.
Must be able to perform heavy lifting throughout the day.
Must be able to load, unload, carry, and move scaffold materials.
Must be able to handle 16-foot scaffold planks.
Must be comfortable working around scaffolds and swing stages at significant heights.
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
Must have leadership ability or the potential to help lead a small crew.
Scaffold setup experience is not required.

Experience driving large work trucks, scaffold trucks, or similar construction vehicles.
Air brake experience is a plus.
Construction, scaffolding, restoration, or field labor experience is helpful.
