About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned medical practices.
- Conduct routine client meetings to present business metrics, KPIs, month-end reports, and proactive recommendations to ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services (including presentations to executive leadership for client accounts).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships to understand their unique RCM needs, challenges, and organizational goals.
- Review and analyze customer accounts, A/R data, denial trends, payer issues, and coding trends. Develop aggressive strategies and actionable plans to increase revenue, recommend solutions, and optimize workflows.
Requirements
- Ability to use formulas to analyze data, create tables and pivot tables, formatting, and conditional formatting (required).
- Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and client-facing presentation skills required.
- Professional demeanor required.
Nice to have
- Review and analyze customer accounts, A/R data, denial trends, payer issues, and coding trends.
- Provide a high level of value and customer service to client practices and their patients by efficiently identifying and resolving insurance, billing, and complex escalated issues.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on processes and workflows related to the RCM Advisor role.
- Participate in sales calls as needed to demonstrate depth of domain expertise to prospective clients.
- Strong understanding of various insurance carriers, including Medicare, private HMOs, and PPOs.
