About the role

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned medical practices.
Conduct routine client meetings to present business metrics, KPIs, month-end reports, and proactive recommendations to ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services (including presentations to executive leadership for client accounts).

Develop and maintain strong relationships to understand their unique RCM needs, challenges, and organizational goals.
Review and analyze customer accounts, A/R data, denial trends, payer issues, and coding trends. Develop aggressive strategies and actionable plans to increase revenue, recommend solutions, and optimize workflows.

Ability to use formulas to analyze data, create tables and pivot tables, formatting, and conditional formatting (required).
Exceptional written, verbal, interpersonal, and client-facing presentation skills required.
Professional demeanor required.

Review and analyze customer accounts, A/R data, denial trends, payer issues, and coding trends.
Provide a high level of value and customer service to client practices and their patients by efficiently identifying and resolving insurance, billing, and complex escalated issues.
Serve as a subject matter expert on processes and workflows related to the RCM Advisor role.
Participate in sales calls as needed to demonstrate depth of domain expertise to prospective clients.
Strong understanding of various insurance carriers, including Medicare, private HMOs, and PPOs.
