About the role

Responsible for internal stakeholder management, which may include stakeholders external to the organization.
Reports program metrics to the program owner and business owners.
This role operates within Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS) and focuses on defining and enabling DSC‑specific architecture standards, patterns, and modernization roadmaps.

This position is responsible for helping to lead and drive the modernization and architectural evolution of Key's Data Supply Chain (DSC).
There will be close partnership with Enterprise Architecture, Platform teams, and Production Support teams.
Defines and manages program scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and value proposition that support the diverse business goals and interests of multiple stakeholders
Supports development of change management planning, design and implementation including communication and training

OR equivalent experience (required)
5+ years of complex project or program management experience (required)

Program Management
performs project registration/consolidation/prioritization as required
and tracks/reports program milestones as well as status
Ensures potential impacts to external client experience are addressed in project solution/plan
Estimates resources needed to achieve program goals
tracks utilization
determines and assesses need for additional staff and/or vendors
Drafts and submits program budget proposals and recommends subsequent budget changes where necessary

Possess Executive/ Leadership-level written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to adjust communication to audience
Clearly articulates vision of programs future state impact to business & enterprise strategy
Experience implementing or supporting Enterprise-level data solutions and platforms and\or leading and driving Enterprise Data projects.

for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $96,000.00 - $181,000.00 annually.
Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
