About the role
- Responsible for internal stakeholder management, which may include stakeholders external to the organization.
- Reports program metrics to the program owner and business owners.
- This role operates within Enterprise Data and Information Services (EDIS) and focuses on defining and enabling DSC‑specific architecture standards, patterns, and modernization roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for helping to lead and drive the modernization and architectural evolution of Key's Data Supply Chain (DSC).
- There will be close partnership with Enterprise Architecture, Platform teams, and Production Support teams.
- Defines and manages program scope, scope changes, objectives, requirements, deliverables, and value proposition that support the diverse business goals and interests of multiple stakeholders
- Supports development of change management planning, design and implementation including communication and training

- OR equivalent experience (required)
- 5+ years of complex project or program management experience (required)

- Experience implementing or supporting Enterprise-level data solutions and platforms and\or leading and driving Enterprise Data projects.

Compensation
- for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
- This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $96,000.00 - $181,000.00 annually.
- Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
