About the role

- The Prepper is responsible for measuring, cutting, and crimping hose to customer specifications.
- They will also trim and inspect braid for damage.

Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to bend, squat, twist and kneel.
- Ability to use hand and power tools.
- Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately & convert measurement to decimals
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good basic math skills.
Nice to have
- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
