About the role
- We're growing fast and expanding product and revenue lines.
Responsibilities
- Own and Scale Core Accounting
- Drive timely and accurate monthly closes and prepare internal and external financial statements under US GAAP.
- Design and maintain internal controls for external audits and eventual SOX compliance.
- Build Scalable Infrastructure
- Own and improve our accounting systems
- manage third-party integrations
- Partner with Product and Engineering to automate financial workflows - including revenue data pipelines, ledger mapping, and reconciliations.
- Optimize Bedrock's procure to pay systems
- Own and improve our accounting systems; manage third-party integrations
- Optimize Bedrock's procure to pay systems; including the implementation of new purchasing software
Nice to have
- +15 years of accounting/finance experience, including:
- Public accounting background (Big 4 strongly preferred)
- Leadership in a high-growth company, ideally Series B-D stage
- Strong familiarity with product-linked revenue (interchange, lending, deposits, fees)
- deep knowledge of US GAAP
- Comfort navigating uncertainty in fast-moving product-led environments
- Experience in robotics, vehicle, hardware or industrial automation is a plus
- Experience in accounting within the construction space is also a plus
