About the role

You will be responsible for working on the floor with engineers and procurement specialists to accomplish mission-critical procurements in an expeditious, compliant fashion.
You will also work with other business segments, including IT and physical security, to ensure company systems are compliant with export controls.
Your role will focus principally on the export-control regimes under DOE's Part 810 regulations and the Department of Commerce's EAR.

B.A. or B.S. degree.
5+ years of relevant experience
Substantial expertise in DOE Part 810 and EAR, or an adjacent regime like ITAR
Experience in the nuclear industry.
Ability to translate complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical business guidance.

The base salary range for this role is $150,000-$220,000 annually.
Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
Please note that the stated salary range is an estimate and may be adjusted based on market conditions, business needs, or other factors.
In addition to base salary, for full-time hires, you may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of stock options, and access to medical, vision & dental coverage as well as access to a 401(k) retirement plan.
