About the role

The Vision Jet PIC is responsible for conducting charter and specialized medical missions with the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and operational excellence.

From design to delivery, Aery provides turnkey, bespoke solutions for our clientele.
Proven ability to set priorities, work independently, and manage tasks without supervision.

1,500 hours total time (fixed‑wing) 200 hours in single‑engine complex aircraft Experience in turbojet or two‑pilot crew environments strongly preferred.

This role requires strong technical proficiency, exceptional crew resource management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical teams, clients, and internal flight department personnel.

Looking For Strong cockpit resource management and decision‑making abilities.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve operational or technical issues.
Thorough knowledge of aircraft systems and limitations for all aircraft operated.
Comprehensive understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR).
Previous Part 135 experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within and contribute to a team‑oriented environment.
Ability to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must reside or be willing to relocate within one hour of F LL Airport.
What You Will Be Doing Conduct charter and special mission medical flights in accordance with company procedures and mission objectives.
Review upcoming missions to ensure safety, efficiency, and proper mission planning.
Operate in full compliance with the General Operations Manual (GOM) and FAA Part 135 regulations.
Participate in monthly and quarterly safety and training events with hospital partners, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of industry practices and medical transport protocols.
Attend monthly staff meetings with the Flight Department and Maintenance Manager.
