About the role

Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation.
This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

Support the Integrated Product Team Lead in directing asset repair and return activities and providing logistical oversight of cross functional areas.
Partner in the development of long-term repair and return strategies in concurrence with technical requirements and customer needs.
Track, manage and report status and budget, and participating in estimates at complete. Provide data for monthly contract deliverables, participating in program reviews, and other customer meetings.
Participate in proposals and developing basis of estimates. Contribute to risk and opportunity management.
Mentor and develop team members.
Understanding of government acquisitions process, DoD statues, and DoD/DFAR regulations. Experience developing and routing DD250 and DD1149 forms.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
