About the role
- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Project Access Assistant to assist with a temporary infrastructure installation project at our apartment communities.
- This role is essential to ensuring smooth vendor access, monitoring work being performed, and timely communication back to management.
Responsibilities
- Document daily activities, progress updates, and potential concerns in a daily recap report.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively while interacting with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Get excited to create an unforgettable experience for those who enter our doors because we can't wait to see you welcome customers to their Home at Last!
Requirements
- Ability to walk units, stairs, and community grounds frequently throughout the day.
- Customer service attitude and ability to positively interact with others.
- We will lean on your innovation, desire to learn, and ability to work hard to continue to improve the customer experience at our communities.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus! Must be fluent in English.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Compensation
- Compensation: $15-$17/hour depending on experience
