Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the training of the commercial lines staff
Requirements
- Texas P&C General Lines Agent license or ability to obtain within 90 days
- At least five years experience in commercial lines underwriting, marketing or account management or similar agency experience
Nice to have
- Additional Preferred Skills:
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Insurance professional designation such as CISR, ACSR, CIC, CRM, CPCU
- Prior experience in staff management
