A Property and Casualty License from state of domicile is required and must be maintained.

Minimum 8 years of experience in property and casualty claims processing, with exposure to large or complex commercial accounts preferred.

This applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.

Strong knowledge of commercial claims administration processes, coverage concepts and terminology.

The Senior Claims Consultant, National Accounts serves as an advisor and primary claims resource for large, complex accounts through a range of internal and external resources. The individual in this role will lead claims strategy, provide analytics and insights, and partner with clients, carriers and internal resources to manage a smooth and effective claims process.
