Responsibilities
- You build cross-functional relationships to bring together ideas and drive improvement.
- Lead and supervise Mechanics, MRO, and Janitors on shifts.
- Manage fleet vehicles and long-term car rentals as needed.
- Drive world-class preventative and predictive maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime.

Requirements
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of quality procedures and a strong attention to detail.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, ideally automotive.

- Supervise employees in completing maintenance and electrical repairs safely and efficiently.
- Ensure employee compliance with Lockout Tagout (LOT) for safety.

- Excellent judgment, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills, particularly in analytics and hydraulics.
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands under pressure.
