About the role
- The Coalition advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those it serves.

Responsibilities
- This position partners closely with participants to identify strengths and interests, develop individualized employment plans, and navigate barriers to employment with a person-centered, recovery-oriented approach.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Specific funding requirements may require a Bachelor's degree.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

- Consistently provides excellent customer service with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Experience communicating clearly and effectively with others through multiple mediums to diverse audiences.
- Takes initiative to learn about current community resources related to employment/vocations services.
- Must be able to manage projects and tasks in a dynamic environment with respective stakeholders.
- Must be able to adhere to process protocol.
- Must be able to adjust and apply sound judgment in high-pressure situations.
- Must be able to access information from computer screens and printed materials.
- Must be able to stand, sit, and walk throughout operational work hours.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the service industry and/or social work.
- Prior experience assisting individuals suffering from or at risk of homelessness is highly preferred.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field highly preferred.
