About the role

  • This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of healthcare services while ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient site performance.

Responsibilities

  • Clinical Oversight & Support
  • Utilize clinical expertise as an RN to support nursing operations and ensure quality patient care
  • Partner with Recruitment and HR to support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
  • Monitor staffing needs and proactively address gaps to maintain continuity of care
  • Support audits, inspections, and accreditation activities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records related to staffing, operations, and compliance
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational and clinical outcomes
  • Support site operations in alignment with budgetary and contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational planning and resource allocation
  • Serve as a key liaison between CHP leadership, clinical teams, and correctional facility partners

Requirements

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (required)
  • Familiarity with staffing matrices and workforce planning
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (clinical, HR, operations)
  • Must be comfortable working in a secure, structured environment
  • This role offers the ability to combine clinical expertise with operational leadership in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
  • Experience in correctional healthcare, behavioral health, or a similar regulated setting strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance standards, and clinical workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in a Health Services Administrator (HSA), Nurse Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Experience in a startup or rapidly growing healthcare organization
  • On-site position within a correctional facility
  • Requires adherence to all facility safety and security protocols

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of nursing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Compensation

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-430p
