About the role
- This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of healthcare services while ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient site performance.
Responsibilities
- Clinical Oversight & Support
- Utilize clinical expertise as an RN to support nursing operations and ensure quality patient care
- Partner with Recruitment and HR to support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Monitor staffing needs and proactively address gaps to maintain continuity of care
- Support audits, inspections, and accreditation activities
- Monitor and maintain accurate records related to staffing, operations, and compliance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational and clinical outcomes
- Support site operations in alignment with budgetary and contractual requirements
- Collaborate with leadership on operational planning and resource allocation
- Serve as a key liaison between CHP leadership, clinical teams, and correctional facility partners
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (required)
- Familiarity with staffing matrices and workforce planning
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (clinical, HR, operations)
- Must be comfortable working in a secure, structured environment
- This role offers the ability to combine clinical expertise with operational leadership in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in correctional healthcare, behavioral health, or a similar regulated setting strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance standards, and clinical workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in a Health Services Administrator (HSA), Nurse Manager, or similar leadership role
- Experience in a startup or rapidly growing healthcare organization
- On-site position within a correctional facility
- Requires adherence to all facility safety and security protocols
Nice to have
- 3+ years of nursing experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Compensation
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8a-430p
