Requirements
- Minimum six months to 1 year of clinical laboratory testing experience OR an MLS degree
- Demonstrate the ability to make technical decisions regarding testing and problem solving
Nice to have
- ASCP or AMT certification
- Two years clinical testing experience
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Proficient with computers
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems is a plus
- High level of attention to detail along with strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work overtime or other shifts depending on business needs

Compensation
- Pay Range: All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
