About the role
- With over 1,400 professionals across 27 offices nationwide, KPFF's decentralized structure allows each office the flexibility to pursue projects aligned with their r egional strengths.
- Our marketing team plays a direct role in supporting project pursuits and helping the firm communicate its experience and capabilities to clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with document formatting, assembly, and production preparation
- Support scheduling coordination and deadline tracking activities
- Assist with event registrations, meeting coordination, and logistical support
- Maintain project folders, tracking logs, and organizational systems
- Support departmental operations, systems, and organizational workflows
- Assist marketing staff with production support, organizational tasks, and pursuit-related coordination activities
- Maintain marketing resources, tracking systems, and data consistency across the department
- Support CRM updates, data entry, operational tracking, and marketing systems coordination
- Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability in all interactions
- Support team efforts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
- General proficiency working in a PC/Windows-based environment

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Experience with Unanet or similar CRM systems
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
- Experience with workload or task tracking systems

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
- KPFF will contribute 3% of your base salary to your 401 (k) regardless of your contribution.
- Semi-annual Bonuses.
