About the role

  • With over 1,400 professionals across 27 offices nationwide, KPFF's decentralized structure allows each office the flexibility to pursue projects aligned with their r egional strengths.
  • Our marketing team plays a direct role in supporting project pursuits and helping the firm communicate its experience and capabilities to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with document formatting, assembly, and production preparation
  • Support scheduling coordination and deadline tracking activities
  • Assist with event registrations, meeting coordination, and logistical support
  • Maintain project folders, tracking logs, and organizational systems
  • Support departmental operations, systems, and organizational workflows
  • Assist marketing staff with production support, organizational tasks, and pursuit-related coordination activities
  • Maintain marketing resources, tracking systems, and data consistency across the department
  • Support CRM updates, data entry, operational tracking, and marketing systems coordination
  • Maintain professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability in all interactions
  • Support team efforts to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • General proficiency working in a PC/Windows-based environment

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with Unanet or similar CRM systems
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience with workload or task tracking systems

Compensation

  • The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on education and experience.
  • KPFF will contribute 3% of your base salary to your 401 (k) regardless of your contribution.
  • Semi-annual Bonuses.
