Responsibilities
- Build genuine, collaborative treatment alliances with patients, adapting to their evolving clinical needs
- Partner with the treatment team to address co-occurring psychiatric needs
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation that meets state and CARF standards

Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
- Comfort working in an electronic medical record system

Nice to have
- 2+ years of experience in the SUD field (group treatment experience a plus, not required)
- Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Familiarity with a range of recovery modalities - 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction, Recovery Dharma, Women for Sobriety, and more
- Preferred Credentials (one of the following): CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LMSW, LCADC, LCSW, or LCSW-C (Maryland)
- If in personal recovery: minimum of 3 years continuous sobriety required (5+ preferred)
Compensation
- Share on-call coverage on a rotating basis (about one week, a few times per year) to support patients in crisis
- Paid Holidays - 7 paid holidays per year
