  • Support continuous discovery for AI agent capabilities by tracking how user feedback and priorities evolve overtime across initiatives and identifying new opportunities for intelligent automation across the organization.
  • Maintain the team's shared knowledge platform, keeping Confluence pages, JIRA boards, and product artifacts organized, current, and consistent.
  • Collaborate with product managers to refine templates, documentation, practices, and internal standards.
  • A data-drive mindset and foundational understanding of analytics and data concepts.

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (co-ops, internships or full-time roles in analytics, operations, consulting, or product teams).
  • Clear, structured writing and ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Ability to work in ambiguity: comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where information is incomplete or evolving.

Compensation

  • The expected pay range for this position is: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting.
  • Pay ranges may differ based on location.
