Support continuous discovery for AI agent capabilities by tracking how user feedback and priorities evolve overtime across initiatives and identifying new opportunities for intelligent automation across the organization.
Maintain the team's shared knowledge platform, keeping Confluence pages, JIRA boards, and product artifacts organized, current, and consistent.
Collaborate with product managers to refine templates, documentation, practices, and internal standards.
A data-drive mindset and foundational understanding of analytics and data concepts.

0 to 2 years of relevant experience (co-ops, internships or full-time roles in analytics, operations, consulting, or product teams).
Clear, structured writing and ability to synthesize complex information.
Ability to work in ambiguity: comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where information is incomplete or evolving.
Must have 0 to 2 years of relevant experience (co-ops, internships or full-time roles in analytics, operations, consulting, or product teams).

The expected pay range for this position is: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting.
