About the role

  • We are hiring a full-time Integrative Veterinary Medicine Doctor to provide compassionate, holistic care for our general and integrative patients.
  • We prioritize a joint approach to patient care, collaborating heavily with our primary care and rehabilitation teams.
  • Examine, diagnose, and treat pets for routine wellness care, illness, and injury.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside a team of experienced veterinary specialists and support staff dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
  • At Friendship Hospital for Animals, you will have the opportunity to mentor and collaborate with our small animal rotating interns.
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans combining conventional medicine and integrative therapies (nutrition, physical rehab, acupuncture, etc.).
  • Collaborate with specialists and hospital staff to coordinate care when needed.
  • Maintain clear, compassionate, and timely client communication.
  • Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a team of experienced veterinary specialists and support staff dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
  • Work with Rotating Interns: At Friendship Hospital for Animals, you will have the opportunity to mentor and collaborate with our small animal rotating interns.

Requirements

  • Veterinary degree from an AVMA-accredited program
