Requirements
- The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise-level initiative management.
- Significant experience in M&A, corporate development, strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or similar strategic roles.
- Proven experience managing acquisition processes, including market research, valuation, diligence, negotiations, and integration planning.
- Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- advanced degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of software, technology, or related high-growth business environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
