About the role

You'll be joining a North American Key Accounts team that has already proven the model across New York, Chicago, Boston, D.C., Atlanta, and Miami, and is taking it into one of the world's most active M&A and financial services markets.
As a front-line, quota-carrying team member, you'll proactively prospect and close new business, managing a pipeline of 50+ opportunities and reaching out to 30-40 new customers each month.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers throughout the Toronto metropolitan region
Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic Canadian accounts and constantly developing new opportunities
Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
Collaborate with Customer Success and Commercial Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company's revenue

2 years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within the B2B or professional services sector
Experience in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging with decision-makers
A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing high-value deals

55% base salary / 45% performance-based variable, structured to reward strong closers.
