Responsibilities

- Helping visualize and document workflows to identify areas where we can work faster or more effectively.
Requirements
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
- Beginner proficiency or coursework in economics (SQL), business analytics, organizational communication, Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, etc.), Sharepoint, Looker Studio.
- AI Fluency & Curiosity: A baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery.
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required in-office in Cleveland, OH.
- You'll gain a 360-degree view of how our business operates, from product strategy to client delivery.
