About the role

As a Corporate Services Assistant, you will play a key role on the Fuel & Licensing team, supporting the day-to-day administration of both functions.
You will assist with transactions such as fuel downloads, maintaining licensing manuals, and managing data within spreadsheets.
Assist with licensing and registration for company tractors, trailers, and Owner Operators added to the fleet.

Customer service experience with the ability to demonstrate empathy, active listening, and professionalism.
Previous administrative experience is considered a strong asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to understand and communicate both simple and more complex information clearly and effectively.
Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering solutions and supporting drivers and internal stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
