Student Support Coordinator
The Student Support Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that all students receive the support they need to succeed academically, behaviorally, and socially.
Provide targeted academic support in small group or one-on-one settings, focusing on core areas such as reading, writing, and math.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to identify students needing intervention and help create support plans.
Support students with behavioral or social-emotional challenges through positive interventions and restorative practices.
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment aligned with HTH's mission and values.
As needed, communicate regularly and effectively with families, offering guidance on home support strategies.
Participate in professional development and stay current on best practices in intervention and student support.

Previous experience with SST, 504 Plans, and academic or behavioral interventions
Ability to motivate and engage students
Required:
Minimum of 60 college units completed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with children or youth, especially in a school or educational setting
Preferred:
Familiarity with restorative practices and social-emotional learning strategies
