About the role
- Based at our Tucker, GA facility, this position offers exposure to strategic product marketing while contributing to day-to-day execution and analysis.
- Essential Duties: Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps by gathering and analyzing Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights.
Responsibilities
- Summary: The Assistant Product Manager will support the Product Manager in executing marketing strategies for lubricants, degreasers, and specialty MRO chemicals.
- This role will assist in product lifecycle management, market research, and cross-functional coordination to help drive category growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related role.
- Exposure to marketing fundamentals such as new product development, market research, and pricing strategy.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25-35% as needed.

- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like IRI, NPD, or similar POS and shipment data platforms is a plus.
